Positions
Programmer - 1
Programmer - 1 assists in development of on-going projects. This
position also includes implementation of various QSI products.
Position may require travel out of state. Language requirements
include Microsoft VB.Net, Microsoft C#, Microsoft SQL Server,
Javascript, and/or ASP.Net.
Programmer - 2
Programmer - 2 is a lead developer who is actively involved
in the development of Qualigent consulting projects and QSI
product development. Candidates should have 2-3 years of
programming experience in either a corporate or consulting
environment. Languages requirements are the same as Programmer -
1. Position may require some travel out of state. Position may
require work on implementation projects.
Sales - Account Executive
Qualified Account Executives should be self-starters,
organized, and full of energy. The qualified candidate will have
at least 1 year of proven sales experience in a business sales
environment. The position requires maintaining existing
customer relationships and outside sales to find new customers.
Customer Support/Training
This position may require out of state travel. The qualified
Customer Support representative will be self-sufficient and
confident. This position requires quick thinking, strong
listening skills, and a clear willingness to put the customer
first. Qualigent also uses the support staff to handle on-site
training of new customers in order to build a bond.
Office Assistant
Office Assistants are called upon to perform a wide variety
of tasks to support the rest of the team. They assist sales in
preparing for meetings and presentations, assist the executive
team, perform minor bookkeeping, and perform a wide variety of
other tasks that arise in our endeavor to create a positive
customer experience.
